Speakers: Kaitlyn Bunker, Principal, Rocky Mountain Institute & Kristin Larson, Ph.D., Principal Energy Analyst, S&P Global.

Becoming working mothers has uncovered skills and attributes that are both necessary and helpful in advancing our careers and in mothering. In this session, we will share our experiences and invite conversation around how to find these parallels and use them as an advantage in both aspects. These include finding the balance between planning ahead and remaining flexible, fostering empathy and clear communication, and prioritizing tasks that relate to others (both at work and at home) while also prioritizing care for yourself. By building and practicing skills in these areas, we can utilize our experience as mothers to enhance our careers.
