Jeff Fedders is the Director of Ambient Science Standards for the Next Generation Standards Group at Intel Corporation. In his role, he oversees the Intel Society 5.0 and Ambient Science pathfinding efforts and charting the strategies for Ambient Science Standards, Consortia, and Strategic Partnerships.
Mr. Fedders is leading an industry transformation defining a new branch of science focused on self-identity, discovery, and citizenship of the physical and cyber objects. He is focused on developing industry initiatives to create the fundamental components of Ambient Science targeting the next societal transformational wave, Society 5.0, a collaboration of Humans and AI.
Mr. Fedders has served on numerous board of directors and steering committees. Mr. Fedders was one of the founders and current President of the OpenFog Consortium. He also was a founder of the Industrial Internet Consortium and Chairman of the Board of the IPSO Alliance.
